The finalists have to recreate some hard-ass chef's complicated as **** dessert for the final challenge. One kid recreates the thing so well that it actually somehow tastes better than the original dessert. 2 (or 3?) out of the 4 judges give him 11/10s.
You can even see defeat in the eyes of the chef who made the original dessert.
