I have no idea what the first one is doing, but I'm pretty sure the second one is filling the bottles with nitro or something like that.
I was on a hand assembly line before for wine and we had to do that before filling the bottles with wine.
I believe the bottles are being cleaned of dust and other small particles through rapid blasts of air. Now I may be wrong, since there is a How It's Made episode where the company does just that and I may just be confusing the two, so don't kick my ass if I get this wrong.
the bottle one is doing a part inspection of the bottle, its using a rod which is at the minimum size in which a cork (im assuming they're corked bottles,) can be placed into the bottle to ensure a proper seal, the first piece is checking the outer diameter of the bottle to ensure that the top of the neck is not too wide. so basically its doing an inspection to ensure the bottle top falls within the proper tolerance zone to be capped off... im a mechanical engineering student and i had to take a manufacturing processes class, and now im taking a course on inspecting parts so
It ends before reaching a satisfying conclusion, just like the shows directed by Vince Gilligan, that end their episodes abruptly on cliffhangers with that very screen.
the disk isn't entirely smooth and lucid when the gif ends.
have you seen the ones where they threw horses/cows/pigs in it?
(dead from a disease so they have to be disposed of that way)
ive been on the internet to long
