Ok, I understand why women were angry with wage gaps and voting rights and all that other **** that should of been fixed ages ago. However, it's fixed now, not 100% perfect, but not at all how it was way back whenever. PLEASE for the love of GOD this **** needs to stop. No one should be hitting anyone, no one should be getting in peoples faces, and no one should be starting fights. I'm scared. I'm scared if I have lil' baby children that they will be treated like trash because of SJWs. I'm flat out scared terrified.

The modern "wage gap" is one of equity- different decisions through life, not different opportunities.
As for minorities and such higher up in companies and politics, remember that those high up positions change much slower than the rest of the world. Hell, black people only got the guaranteed right to vote in 1869, yet we didn't get a black president until 2008, nearly a 140 year difference.
So for these equal payments and hiring and promotion and education, a lot of which didn't exist 100 years ago, will take awhile to trickle upward to the heads of industries and such.
