I think it's more that she supports the original movement and views, but doesn't know much about the modern feminists and how they've disgraced the term. That's just my take on it, but I find the rest of the quote to me important in the context.
If it is as I interpreted it, and she simply supports original feminism and not modern feminazis, then she still shouldn't say anything about it without looking into it first, but it makes me hate her less if it's just ignorance to the new feminism than actually supporting new feminism.

i didn't say 99.9 or anything. the most vocal part of any given group tends to be the extremists. the current batch of femi-bitches are only one example. your response about funnyjunk would only make sense if i spent anymore than a minuscule (15 minutes to half an hour or so a day at the most) amount of time on this particular site. i'm not quite young enough to let a website dictate my world view.

the point made by the post is that paige thinks feminism has become a dirty word because we live in a great big woman hating patriarchy, when in reality it's the vocal minority of feminatzis that make the movement look bad and make those who would normally identify as feminists want to distance themselves from that label.
