Vivec's spear, Muatra, is both literally and metaphorically his penis. It's basically like an divine avatar of his dick.
Vivec is really ******* weird, but what else do you expect from a perpetually horny warrior-poet (read: Bard) who gained reality-warping powers so strong they no longer have to obey common sense.
Not to mention he's a hermaphrodite and once had Molag Bol's babies during a fling that lasted 88 days... The descriptions are pretty odd and rauncy, they use a lot of metaphors that make me wish they just outright said peenor in vagooner.
