Having lived in Canada for 12 years, I can confirm that you don't die in real life. If you do die, you lose all your stuff at the time of death but you respawn in Ottawa riding a polar bear while equiped with a lumberjack outfit and beard (both you and the bear have them). Also, you get maple syrup and a $0 hospital bill.

I've died 5 times so you know you can trust me.

Having been born AND raised in canada, you do NOT die in real life if you die here. You get a choice, respawn as a snowman, polar bear, or beaver

Nah but you respawn in mexico and have to walk all the ******* way back. That's why I always stock up on maple syrup potions and cast beaver bubble before I go up against any lvl 90 lumberjacks.
