It's Bill Hader in an SNL skit. I believe it's one of the skits where they have a "Scared Straight" program. In this one, I think it's Bill Hader, Jason Sudekis, and Bobby Moynihan getting yelled at by Kenan and someone else.

I've been on her stream for a couple minutes before...yeah she's pretty dumb, but I honestly think it's just a play. She got like..4 or 5 donations in those couple of minutes I was there. They're all **** talking her, too. She makes money by having people put her down, and she's becoming popular for it...so yeah.

In my experience, the LoL aspect is very true. There have been a few exceptions, but all of the ones I saw who didn't play LoL were playing really out there games, or they had undesirable personalities (either tits, try hards, or people who are too innocent to the point that they don't like swears.)
