It sounds like you were pursuing a degree in science, and that is where your interest lies. If you are going to take some time off, consider getting some credits (at least part time) at a community college. You may feel like you have all the time in the world, but it catches up to you.
Look for work. If school was not for you, then it isnt for you.
You do not NEED school to have a good career. Dont waste time at a pretend "trade school" like one of the ones on TV. Many places specifically do not hire people that attend these places. I went to one, and it was a ****** joke half the people there were there as part of probation requirements. They passed me with 4.0 honors because I showed up every day and didnt start any fights. going there was the stupidest ******* thing I ever did. DO NOT GO TO SCHOOL TO IMPRESS YOUR/YOUR GF'S PARENTS!!!!!! They do not ******* care!!!!
More than anything, do not be afraid to do **** no one wants to do.
If you get a job, find the most grueling ****** up task that no one wants to do, and be the best at it.
Thanks for the advice I was studying biochem but I couldn't stand university life. So I think I'm going to take a break for a while and look for work, I really love science though and the only way to progress in that particular industry is with a degree. But I'm going to try and get a lab technician job and see if there is a way to progress higher.
well, you deff would want to get a degree for that field.
Just dont belive the colledge recruiters ******** , you can take a year or two off for yourself, Find out who you are, exactaly what you want to do. You dont need to do it right this ******* second!!! OMG why are you not in the school now your gonna be poor. Oh? cant get the class you need here buy these other ones to fill your time, you dont want to be homeless now do you?
I wasted a good ammount of time and way too much money half learning a skill I will never need because I belived a graph that said I would be homless if I dont go to colledge right after highschool. Seriously! What the **** is a tech support person supposed to do with an HVAC licence? EPA 608 I,II
i have always thought that if I finished school and found myself with nothing to do , or nowhere to work that I would join the army or something, but I really dont know anything about it.
