I like it! Nothing seems wrong with the proportions as far as I can see!

id say maybe just wider shoulders.

But like, slim bodies denote elegance and athletisism, so it looks fine.

I don't like how the ruins look like floating text in the distance.

Seems right to me. Horizon and such seem to make sense as well.
Only thing is, I agree with trisket, the pose seems a bit stiff. But I like exaggerated posing.

the pants look like they ride slightly above the hips so the lower body looks fine. although maybe make her upper body a tad more turned to the ruins she looks a little stiff. cool concept man i wish i was less shit at background stuff
