Yes it was, if you look at the start you can see the slow signs written on the left hand side of the road.

As to country I would guess Wales, but that's just a guess.

It's probably England, Wales has road signs and writing in Welsh as well as in English.

As someone from Yorkshire, I am fairly sure this is up in the Yorkshire dales on the way from Leeds to the Motorway.. Not sure, could be wrong.

It looks like a place in derbyshire, england. ALOT of deaths happen in this particular place.

Its not Wales - if it was, the "SLOW" signs on the road would be accompanied by "ARAF". Probably Yorkshire.
