Nearly hit him while looking at damage to his car, immediately drives off ( could possibly count as hit and run) appears to come back with something in her hands(crowbar maybe?) in a threatening manner, looks like she then bashed in his windows, all caught on film, dis crazy is going to lose a lot of money.
