Whilst I agree she's probably just a crazy bitch, you'd be pretty naive to think there's absolutely no reason he could deserve that. Guy could be the reason for someone's death for all you know.

Someone raping your child? Someone detonating a bomb on public transit? That's obviously not the case here, but those are scenarios in which hitting someone with your car is justified.
