4. Why in the holy hell, would you trust anyone besides a professional to cut your hair. No one, absolutely no one, is able to cut hair and actually make it not look like **** , unless they're certified. If they aren't, tell them to **** off, you wouldn't let them treat your pet or fix your appliances if it's completely out of their league would you? Then why would you let them cut your hair?
