Think it's because the UI gets in the way sometimes, as compared to a webm it's just the controls. But, who knows. All I know is that FJ is just obsessed with webm's even though their a pretty bad format.
My YouTube has always loaded x3 faster than any webm on this website, sometimes I just refuse to watch a video because it will keep stuttering, youtube never has the problem for me :|
Are the severs more stable for iron banner now?
When i tried playing yesterday every match i went into had extremely bad lag to the point where other players of equal light weren't taking any damage from my weapons
i really want the sidearm but the lag is making it really tough to keep my interest
i managed to get the class item as a drop last night so i could just quit now and probably try to farm for stronger weapons
Lag varies from match to match, I get some really good ones, and then I get some ones where I'll shoot a guy several times, get killed, then like 5 seconds later he'll drop dead.
Overall the biggest problem right now though is players exploiting the newly discovered Shadowshot glitch (If you're using the Quiver perk which gives you 3 shots, you fire 2 shots, open your inventory and close it again really fast, and it resets your Super, effectively giving you infinite Shadowshot). It's annoying, because it effectively ends the match right there if multiple people on the opposing team are using it since there's literally no way to counter it if multiple players on the opposing team are using it (There's so many ******* Void Anchors lying around the map that you respawn, take 2 steps, get tethered, and then someone instakills you since you take increased damage while tethered).
I'm really hoping Bungie drops the banhammer on this one, people exploiting glitches in PVE/regular Crucible is one thing, but these guys are doing it in Competitive PVP during a timed monthly event, it's just poor sportsmanship and ruins everyone else's fun.
