That picture is not even asking a question, on top of which it looks like there's a space between "game" and "?". Whoever made that picture clearly thought writing was a game.

Statement: a declarative sentence
Question: an inquisitive sentence
You seem to have gotten the words "statement" and "sentence" confused. Somehow.
