A black coworker of mine was pulled over with weed in his car and with two open containers. Cop found the pot, but was apparently under the arrestable amount. If memory serves me right, his car was searched as well. He was let go with nothing more than a ticket for speeding.

But nah, blacks are obviously targeted by cops who are out of their way to make their lives terrible.

Weed and alcohol have a pretty damn obvious smell, and contrary to what you might think, it is not hard to tell if you've been smoking it. If you're smoking weed or drinking while you are driving, you deserve to be arrested.
