There's a 1 in 100 million chance to roll *a specific number* 4 times in a row.

Much how doubles is not 1/10 and not 1/100 because the same number doesn't matter, only that the second number match it, so does your 4-number streak not depend on which number you roll first, only that the following 3 numbers match it.
