Nah check out alcohol vaporizer shots, theres one at a bar in Austin, Tx nearby me. It hits ya hard yeah, but seriously it lasts like 15 20 mins, its like a quick buzz, im not a fan its a completely diff type of drunk, more like a drug high. But its pretty weak. The bars love em tho, the owner told me 1 bottle of cheap vodka makes simething like 1000 shots, at 5 bucks a pop.

For the solid salt circles I think it wouldn't be too practical. Demons and ghosts can't pass by a connected line of it. You probably wouldn't be able to get one around one of them. They can't cross over it(willingly or unwillingly) so it would be useless as a circular trap. It probably wouldn't be effective in the field due to it being fragile and not being able to carry a whole lot of it without risking it breaking apart. Often it's short notice when they need it so they grab whatever they can. If they know a ghost or demon is coming in advance they usually use more effective methods like devils traps for demons. Ghosts and Demons can also throw things through them if they can't get in. For regular salt piles they usually use a breeze to break the seal, but Imagine they would pick up a stick or something to knock it out of the way if you used a solid ring.

As for the multi kill ammo, I imagine it would be costly to make. Hunters typically don't have a whole lot of money and would have a hard time finding some of the needed materials. They would need a lot to make an all purpose ammo. The only thing that seems to have an all purpose ammo is the Colt, but few know how to make ammo for the gun.

They could probably make basic demon trap bullets in large quantities due to just needing a carving, but stuff like shape shifters and werewolves need silver bullets. Why waste all that silver if you're going against demons? Unless there was a massive fight with hunters and multiple other types of monsters, an all purpose bullet would be inefficient and a waste of valuable resources. Some of the things they use aren't cheap.

they never can affect the salt itself. they need wind or the like to blow it away.

multi kill ammo? im talking bout using the materials and designs that cover the most bases. maybe silver TIPPED nails. you can put a tiny iron rod in the tip of a bullet and a tiny devils trap made of iron would be easy to make since you can cast it pretty easily. also they should get a bug a salt for dealing with ghosts since it doesnt specify how much salt is needed to dissipate it.

they do credit card schemes. they get a good chunk of change.

They can control the breeze that blows the salt away, so it would make sense that if out of the circle they can use something to break it. When demons are in a demon trap they can't do **** , but demons outside can break the barrier.

It would still be inefficient to use all those materials on a multi-purpose ammo. They often have to go up against many different things in random order. It would be a waste to use all those materials on something that doesn't need it.

They do do credit card schemes, but I imagine they wouldn't do it often to avoid getting caught.

All other points aside it would also kind of ruin the suspense of the show if they did that.

really all you need is two circles of iron with a solid thing of salt inside. they cant even try to hit you with anything then(ghosts)

it isnt inefficient because with it being more effective they can distribute it to more hunters and make the big baddies scared. and besides it would only be inefficient if they chose the methods that cost the most. basically look at the cost to effectiveness range for ammo and make the most of the one that would be most effective.

i dont really care about the suspense because i am an engineer.

i also wonder why they never create deployable devil traps. spring loaded ya know? and put miniature ones made of iron on the flat backside of bullets. make salt grenades. line the charger with iron in certain spots and put them in the shape of warding spells. im sure they could reach a peace with a witch or two that arent evil in exchange for protective charms or some **** .
im an engineer.

I think that is pure genius actually. I can totally tell you're an engineer. I'm sure if they were properly trained they would figure something out. But they're just these regular guys wondering about killing demons and shape shifters. Maybe hunters could hire engineers and such and sell these ideas.
