So I did some internet detective work and looked at the DA page this came from.
The page seems to be a fetish page for really tall girls.
It turns out the author shops the images a good bit.
A few things:
1) The guy isn't actually standing there, he was shopped in and most likely shrunk a little bit, which is why he isn't looking at the camera or either girl.
2) the original image of the girls seems to have come from a tall model site that got taken down a while back., so I was unable to check there, but on the DA artist's page, he has another picture of the girl on the right, and in the comments when asked for her height, he says 'probably close to 8 foot in this one', so he slightly edits their heights too. This is supported by the lighting and shadows.
3) some more detective work reveals that the sign above the doorway in the background probably originally* says 1.9 m(another version I saw says 2.4, but it was shopped), which is about 6'3"
4) both girls are wearing heels, which would add 2-3 inches to their height.
Conclusion: both girls are most likely over 6', but not yet 7', They appear much taller in the picture because of photoshop.
