This is a man that gave up on the ghetto negros and bitches. I knew a few black people that lived in ghettos, not really bad per say, just a bit run down due to poor jobs and what not. But they were generally nice and only had like... one dealer living there and that was for weed. Never really had gang fights and really only policed themselves if it didn't require police presence (fighting, shouting, stuff that doesn't require arm response)

His message is a mixed bag, one that I mostly agree on. Why bother showing up, the moment I do you start crying. (Not white, Mexican American, so they wouldn't know what to do with me) Why risk my life if the area already has a presence of hating cops for doing their jobs.

Its confusing, but i suppose in this case, just doing one patrol through the area a day (random times) and if I see something do it, but mostly stay away and let it burn. Hell, don't even show up for fires or what not.
