Holy **** . This dude is spot on. You can tell he's educated and actually experienced these savages. Being from Chicago, this dude speaks to me on every level. It's the smartest, but most profound idea to let these savages (of all color and background) to just fend for themselves. Construct an actual Arkham City or some **** and let them have it. It's an extreme solution but it really is the best thing to do in every aspect.
