In that comic Slade was contracted to kill Bruce Wayne and ended up fighting a version of himself from universe 97 I believe, who's mission was to protected Bruce . Was pretty much Dc going OMG DEADPOOL SO RANDOM XDDDDDD! Look at the costume it's orange not red and it's a half mask much like Deathstroke so yeah that's not Deadpool.

foodyquest (12/11/2015) [-] Yeah that was pretty much the point. Even though Deathstroke couldn't kill Deadpool in that issue, he spent the intire time kicking his ass. It was a pretty one sided fight note that Deathstroke doesn't have a scratch on him in that pic. It was pretty much DC telling Marvel what they thought of the character.
