Whats wrong with the mall? Most of my first dates are just a walk around the lake near my house and duck feeding.

I know people who plan these extravagant and exciting first dates, and I mean, that sounds cool and all, but I feel like a first date is to get to know someone. I dont want to drop $500 dollars on someone I may never see again, and at the same time, if we're spending the whole time so excited, when are we talking to get to know one another. I like just a nice quiet walk around the lake and then cooking a nice meal afterwards, gives you a chance to talk to each other, joke around and laugh, and really get to know one another, and nothing makes a girl like you faster than being kind to animals feed dem ducks and turtles, if you do, sometimes even when walking alone they'll come right up to you. Theres a snapped that swims over everytime I go. and knowing how to cook. But all the same, the malls the same basic idea, you can walk around, and talk to each other, laugh and window shop, maybe share a pretzel. Sounds like a nice date to me.
