Only if don't want a tax deduction, inheritance, medical responsibility over your significant other in case of emergency and vice versa, legal custody over any children that may 'happen', or any other legal benefits I may have forgotten, then just move in together.

Side note: marital benefits are what most gay couples want, not the titles.

except according to marriage law the woman gets control of marital assets not the husband and if the husband denies her access to his assets she can divorce him for at least half of his assets.
