i would imagine how teathered the soul is to the body. i guess they are saying he is as connected to his own body as a possesed soul would be to any random body. lets say the synchro rate for a normal person to their own soul is a 10. with a possesed body the synchro rate is off by a bit and is instead a 5. i think what he is trying to say is that he is somewhere between 5 and 10, not including 5 and 10.

what's the difference between a living corpse and a living normal body? what exactly makes it a corpse if its still alive? can you really be dead and alive? if you're half alive and half dead, you're still alive. no one will consider you dead until you're 100% not alive. if you're even a little alive still, without ever having been not alive, can you really be considered a dead corpse?
