As dramatically wrote, it's a triple point. Water, for example, has it's triple point at 0.006 atmospheres of pressure and 0.01 degree C, which means if you get it to that exact temperature and pressure, it'll almost boil and crystallize at the same time.

Also if you keep lowering the pressure at 0 degrees, it'll eventually sublime from ice to vapor.

Triple point. Every chemical in the world has one. A unique measurement of temperature and pressure that allows it to exist in all 3 basic stages of matter (solid, liquid, and gas) at the same time.
