This **** ... It bugs me so much.
I mean, I'm not even that strong and **** for my age, but when I exercise, proper form is what I always make sure of.

It's better to do 20 proper pushups with good form than doing 50+ cheated ones.

God damn I see so many people who talk so high about crossfit in my gym and then proceed to do the most outrageous and most stupidest form of working out in existence and then proceed to brag about them deadlifting 300lb in the crossfit gym and can't do 300lb in an actual gym.

I've never had anyone outside of the internet say a thing about crossfit, besides a couple co-workers who invited me after I asked them when they were discussing their previous workout with each other.

I met several trainers at that facility, all of which knew their **** about muscle groups as well as proper form for lifts and such.

Kipping is not bad for you, provided you have sufficient shoulder strength. Any decent trainer will not start you off doing kipping, it can be bad for your shoulders if you aren't strong. Btw, the content is not standard kipping, it's butterfly kipping. Which requires slightly more shoulder strength than normal kipping. Neither of these are for novices. Also note that kipping is intended to work more parts of your body than just your shoulders.

If you have a ****** trainer leading you, any sort of workout is going to be ****** for you. Crossfit has some great workouts, though a lot of the workouts are not designed for beginners.
