We both know what criticism and complaints are, and we should both know that you don't criticize something for the sake of it. You criticize something because you have a gripe with some of its features. In essence, you are complaining—not "whining like a little bitch", but complaining. Complaining is not the same thing as whining. Complaining simply means "voicing your dissatisfaction with something".
