>Chinese government pollutes so badly that it affects the res of the Earth.
>Chinese government known for using shady business practices to get what they want.
>China known for lacking safety and labour laws, in addition to blow quality products.
And now they are trying to control people with positive reinforcement, because all the negative stuff they were doing was causing riots that they've been desperately trying to keep hidden from the rest of the world. What is it with Asian countries and ******** on their citizens. Censorship here, dictatorship there, and some good old fashioned internet police who get paid to spread propaganda.
Jeez, and I imagine the social pressure is massive
We already know that they have massive pressure on them to be perfect, look at asian test grades, they're shunned for getting c's and stuff. A+ or dishonor.
Its like I keep telling people, if you keep ignoring bad things and act like the world is great all the time, eventually ***** going to get so bad that any form of hope dies. These tyrannical control groups will ALWAYS get to something that hits home unless they are nipped in the bud.
Nah, it can't really work in the US. It'd work to a degree, because stupid people are common in every country, but western culture kind of clashes with it. For starters, people in the west don't do the whole "I MUST DO BEST FOR FAMIRY!" thing. If you get Bs or Cs in school, you're not getting disowned. So there wouldn't be as strong of an urge to get a perfect score. Plus, we have the whole " **** the system" thing where people will intentionally try to get as low of a score as possible just because they can.
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Nooooo. This is ******** . The great party would never do anything like that. It's not like they have a history of shooting you in the back of the head for criticizing the fascist dictator fu***BLAM!***
horrifying but please don't link to extra credits videos, they are ******* terrible (I.E. these guys actually believe micro-transactions are good and sexual diversity is needed in games)
China is getting Orwellian? They haven't been for the last few decades, while they were hyping up hatred of the Japanese to place focus on a foreign enemy, controlling what websites can be accessed, and paying people to defend them online?
But what happens if you don't use the site? Like you have an account but you're inactive on it, like I am with Facebook. Can you just look around and friend people with high scores and just not care?
