To err is human, true, but that's a bit more than just a mistake. Rape is something you actively do and know is wrong.
More importantly however, people change. And this guy doesn't look like he wants to stay the same.
Although, whether or not someone wants to change, we've got to keep a list of sex offenders, and their information. It's a matter of public safety.

shadowkingdr (01/03/2016) [-] only release the info of repeat offenders or probable repeat offenders. it also stands to reason that situations where knowing said person was an offender would prevent further attacks would be few and far between, limited to the insane
