Do other countries have these kind of hipster "Transtrenders" that make up pronouns for no reason, or is this exclusively English?
How the **** do they deal with languages with gendered nouns like Spanish and French?

over here in the north we only use one word when talking about him/her so its not a problem

Actually, at least in Spanish I don't believe it happens. Most trans people prefer, and are commonly referred to as she/her (if it is a male-to-female trans) or viceversa. No cases of transnokia5200 polygendered aromatic candle ******** that I've heard of.

They/them is an actual real example of a gender-neutral pronoun for a person.
'The person put on their shoes'
'An unidentified individual reportedly was caught emptying their balls onto a woman in a train. They fled the scene.'

Its actually grammatically incorrect to use they in that way. However, because it's used in that way so often, it's actually gotten to the point where it may as well be correct.

Considering grammar sometimes has to change to fit with the use of the language, yeh.

I thought it was grammatically correct to use "They/Them" as singular, gender neutral pronouns.

It used to be more common in Shakespearean days, but it is still correct.
