(odd how we still call it that when I was the minority) I only got there for senior year, it ws nice enough, we're in Central Florida so the redneck is strong in certain areas. If you weren't black or latin you were redneck. (yeah there were other kids, but if you didn't want to get into fights every other week you were with a group) So, Naturally wanting to emulate the south as much as possible the rednecks and the real life, honest to god gangs start a race war in the middle of the godamn school. It went on a week of actually having to run to class to avoid being gangbanged in the halls before they got police escorting groups of ten or so people.
I honestly don't know how it went on so long. lots of people got hurt, more went to jail. No one died, thankfully.
The interesting thing is, at the main school in our town (mostly white) there's virtually no crime and their discipline rate is far lower. Makes me wonmder why no one is willing to admit that 90% black schools are insanely ******* dangerous.

Lol, I live in Valrico, the white part of Brandon basically and I teach in Ruskin at a high school that's a Title I school, and I teach Honors Biology and there's like maybe 3-5 white kids per class and when I taught English at the same school I had three classes that were not honors and there was only one white kid between all three of those classes. They weren't bad, like I never had a fight or anything and they let me teach and everything, but it's funny calling it a minority school when I'm the minority as a teacher.
