Aside from FJ notably thumbing mp4s/webms far more than YT videos (I forget the reason), probably would've been nice for OP to at least link it in the desc.

Youtube videos used to run on Flash here. It sucked. I'll admit, even I used to just skip content if it was a youtube video.

But recently admin made an update so that youtube videos were converted into HTML5 format. Much better compared to Flash. So now there is no reason to upload an mp4 of the video when you can just post the youtube video. It's even better so the youtuber gets credit and support for his video whereas mp4s didn't.
