what if between now and then there was some kind of apocalyptic event, and a couple of generations after the apocalypse this monument was rediscovered, and a cult formed waiting for their messiah to show up......

Yes, sure, whatever makes you sleep at night.
We are talking about three or maybe four generations until than.
Do you remember what was great and well appreciated four generations ago?

so lets say a generation has 50 year so about 200 years ago. well 1813 we had Beethoven and Goethe and we hear them today, and will hear them in 200 years. and maybe 2000 years

Beethoven and Goethe were played over and over again because they portrayed works of art.

This however is just a tv show. It will get overused, boring and repetitive.

now, a tv show is art, whether some is good or bad, let history decide. and we dont know if people will remeber star trek or not. because we will not live that long. so we can stop talking about it and do something more important, like drinking

Shakespeare's plays were considered rude entertainment for the uneducated commoners. Cultured people of the era wouldn't have been caught dead in a theater.
And today everyone knows about them, and they are considered high culture. Why? because they were for commoners and not snobs and they entered cultural meme (in original meaning of meme) and became part of our culture.
Star Trek is one of the most recognizable names in today's popular culture. And it has been for 50 years. If anything fandom is constantly growing and rebuilding itself.
Elvis, the king, was considered rude music and frowned upon by "cultured" society. And yet everyone knows who Elvis is today. And he won't dissapear any time soon.
What will be known as today's culture in 200 years will not be determined by cultural snobs today, it will be determined by what is remembered, and what is remembered is determined by the people.

If your last name is Kirk, and you have a child 2228 and you don't take your wife to Riverside Iowa to give birth and name kid James Tiberius, you have missed a golden opportunity and failed at life.
