My dad always give our live seafood a fighting chance. The crayfish usually get to draw blood before we boil them.

what is he doing? you don't cut up lobster prior to boiling and even after boiling you crack it and tear out the meat. a knife is not needed.

dude pick up a ******* cook book
get a heavy dutch oven with some river stones at the bottom in a layer of water.
then stick the sea-cockroach into the freezer for half an hour to innoculate it. the knife kills it instantly so its humane. then throw it in the pot and steam it untill its finished
a knife is too needed
