Dial-up does not fit with the needs of my family. I have 2 other siblings in the house and my step-father works from home as a network admin, having a good connection is essential. Hopefully the CCTS will be able to help.

Phoenix, AZ reporting. Similar stuff here. The only time CenturyLink's service actually works is when the technician is running a diagnostic. Otherwise, it's like this. At best.

Sick of century link. I changed to mediacom and after sufficient bitching the literally upgraded my internet speed 10x, and gave me a new modem with discounted service. They really give in easy.

Cox is good. The thing is, my business rents land to CL so they can have a local dispatching center. Because of this, the owners all get it cheap as **** . But it's getting to the point where I just don't care anymore. Their rent money is nice, but their service is garbage.

Im living at Fanshawe College and the internet here is ******* crazy. Almost 100mbps both up and down. I dont know what kind of ****** ISP you have but its nothing to do with Canada

I live about a 10 minute drive from a major town that has fibre. This is the only option that's available, no DSL, no cable, satellite provider was even worse (see www.xplornetsucks.com/ ). It's pretty ******* awful especially considering that I'm not even in deep country. The issue is that one company has a monopoly on the whole area and gives no ***** about fixing any issues knowing you can't switch to another ISP. But that's the unfortunate reality of it.

The only person you can blame for bad internet is yourself. If you truly want decent internet you can get it. Whether you have to move or pay more money. Pic is my Canadian internet. Not crazy good but i can download anything I want and have great ping.
