The answer is yi takes 7.5s and kha takes 8.5 sec
the combined time would be half the average of the two champion's separate times,
knowing there have to be a second apart you take .5 off for one and add it to the others.

i will admit this is not essentially accurate and is off by.somthing,
which is clear when you put it into numerical values, eg:
baron has 1275 health (first common whole multiple of 8.5 and 7.5)
yi will do 170 dps
Kha will do 150 dps
which means they do (170+150)*4 = 1280
