My guess is that there is back problems. Also, from what I have seen, they can make movement in certain ways difficult. The added weight also makes acrobatics much harder. As for why they don't get the reduction, I assume it is because, while you can always take out flesh and fat, we really aren't at the point where if you want to reduce, you can just put it back in, meaning you need to have artificial, i.e., fake, enlargements in, even if it is to reverse the process, unless you want to start ******* around with hormones, which itself comes with a host of problems.

It's where they take fat from 1 part of your body and place it in another, same price as getting implants and this way is pretty much 2 surgeries in 1.

That said, it makes sense for not being cosmetic I suppose, what with the afore mentioned back issues. I even considered not calling it cosmetic, but then, that is why many get it.
Still though, that ties to my earlier point about enlargement, in that I guess since there is no reason to get it other than physical appearance, as opposed to health issues, I can see some people making that distinction. As for me, they can do whatever the **** they want with their chests, so long as they don't need the money for something else.
