Well he said he heard the guy, implying the girl wasn't making much noise. Some people just don't make much noise in general - guys and girls. IMHO it has a lot to do with their situation when they first discovered masturbating and how they grew up. I had to share my room with my brother so I'm pretty much super stealth, at least as far as noise is concerned.
