Sure there are people who are one sex, but identify as the other gender. And sure there are people who are sorta "in between" with their gender. Homos often fall into this category.

it's a mental problem which can be at least partially resolved with therapy and counseling.
It doesn't make you nor me an asshole, but you and I are similar in the fact that we have mental disorders that may interfere with our chances of success if we don't seek mental help.
Your "gender" was trivial to begin with,
and you can hate me for disagreeing with you.
You are no better than me, and I'm only slightly better because I confronted my disability and sought therapy. Man/woman up and face the music. This is reality.
You have an illness, but it doesn't make you any less human.
IN the end, you will have to deal with the same social out-casting as people with tattoos and mohawks. If an employer is just hiring you to meet a social justice quota, then you are not surviving on your own accord, but out of pity and forced requirements regardless of your qualifications.
A freebie given out to a random unqualified person for a subjective difference that is irrelevant to their performance is just another form of pity and condescension.
People that don't look at you as an equal would never tell you this harsh reality because they wish to protect your "fragile baby feelings". No, you're a human. You're a defective human just like the rest of us, and that's okay. But don't demand things for your differences, because these choices are voluntary and are just misguided interpretations of man-made concepts.
Learn to co-exist with society, or forever be doomed to being a pampered pet of an employer using you as proof of "progressiveness" for good PR ratings while keeping you at a sub-par wage.
