The guy in the hat is Ben Garrison, an anti-semitic/white supremacist/libertarian political cartoonist. He is being portrayed as Bane, where his captors are jews. The people working with him are the KKK and the recent church shooter.

Ben Garrison isn't actually an anti-semite nor a white supremacist, he is a libertarian cartoonist. /pol/ shopped many of his cartoons to make it seem otherwise, as a joke.

There are also jews on the internet who lie and try to portray Ben as a moderate, like the poster above me. They're afraid of him and try to dissuade people from believing a man like that could actually exist. I assure you, Ben "The One Man Holocaust" Garrison is real and he's coming.
