Boobs Weren't Always Taboo (read desc)
The woman's bosom hasn't always been considered taboo to expose. In the 18th century, a woman's high bosom was a sign that she probably hadn't breastfed, and also probably was a virgin. So, it because fashionable to wear VERY low necklines. Even little girls wore very low necklines. (I would have shown you pics of that, but someone might claim cp) Sometimes, parents would commission paintings of their daughters, even their too young to marry daughters, with a single nipple exposed or at least somewhat visible. I had to be VERY selective as to which paintings and fashion plates to show, because some had nipples. Back then, if a nipple popped out, it wasn't too big a deal. It really wasn't. Some women purposely put rouge on their nipples and exposed them a bit, because ... fashion. That's not to say some men didn't think it was sexy, though.
