The sad thing is that I like Gardevoir due to it's moveset and Pokedex entries, but now whenever I mention how it's one of my favorite Pokemon, people assume I'm talking for plot reasons.
Thats why you should just say charizard. That way all the 12 year olds will just call you a gen onner or something and cry about what gen they started with has much better starters, but in the end they cant argue that charizard not a badass looking bro.
Yeah, the main reason I liked Gardevoir is because I started with Gen 3 and have fond memories of running around in the same patch of grass for ages to catch that one pokemon that Wally caught on the first try, and after all that effort I couldn't not like it when I had it.
I've liked Gardevoir from the start.
Wally acquires one quite early, but likely after you've acquired one yourself. From there, you're always training it with the goal of surpassing his in the back of your mind. But there are quite a few reasons to like Gardevoir besides.
>Strong enough psychic abilities to ignore gravity
>Extremely intelligent
>Can see into the future
>Insanely loyal, will risk his/her life to defend their trainer
>Has enough psychokinetic energy to create small black holes (yet sadly this doesn't exist as an attack)
>Gorgeously designed pokemon, with my favorite color scheme when shiny
>Great Special Attack and Special Def
>Mega Evolution, bitch
I can't lie though, the kinky Gardevoir stuff does appeal to me, but I've loved Gardevoir's design and usefulness long before that. She was my favorite non-legendary psychic type until I was introduced to Gallade, who quickly stole that title due to how ******* awesome he is. My shiny Gardevoir and shiny Gallade I bred were named Aurora and Vigilance.
As long as she can outspeed them, that is. Gardevoir's weakness is in physical defense, but with a choice scarf or a lucky trace of Speed Boost you can really annihilate with psychic/fairy onslaught before they have a chance to attack. Just need to watch out for dat bullet punch...
pair of Gardevour plush my wife just finished making. She was commissioned for the normal one, was so pleased with the design she made the shiny one to sell at Anime Punch next weekend.
And came along a brony/pokemon lover, bought the shiny one, and went home, altered it to inclide a fleshlight, **** it senseless, and post the result somewhere on /mlp/.
The world just got a bit more worse.
