Not much of a social experiment. If a guy dresses "gangster" but also drops his gun out of a plastic bag going "yo I just robbed a bank a couple hours ago", yeah people are going to react differently than they would to someone who had their gun in a messenger bag who is also not saying "yo I just robbed a bank"
