No **** it's bag. There are huge awkward pauses by the characters because they were waiting for their que to start talking again. I don't understand how people think this is a good way of showing BBT isn't funny.

Basically BBT haters in a nutshell. The truth is, the show can be VERY hit or miss, but there's some genuinely funny moments, and the moments of "nerd blackface" as it's called aren't nearly as frequent as people think, especially in later seasons (the middlish seasons are the funniest ones.)
Even the "Bazinga" joke, which is one of the most hated parts of the show by people who have never seen it, was funny the first time in context and almost never used again. But hating bandwagoners would never know that because they don't actually watch the show, so they perpetuate this meme that it's used every other sentence.
TLDR: You certainly don't have to watch or like the show, just don't be a smug prick about it.

Shorticus ONLINE (01/09/2016) [-] TBH, this show was really funny for the first few season. Once Amy was in the show fro longer than half a season, it went slowly but surely downhill. I dunno, I don't see the hate for this show cause there are many that are a lot worse (in m opinion, How I Met Your Mother)
