It's not because they're black, it's the culture in areas like that. While I despise the way they act, in areas like that violence is the answer to most of your problems, they could do those "pranks" to anyone in those areas and they'd get their asses beat, that's just the culture in those areas.
Before you sperglord thumb me down for saying it's not because they are black, yes I realize that most of the population in that area have black skin, but they are ******* , not black people.

Some of these are pranks....even if they aren't funny. Going up to a big guy and saying, 'You got a problem?' and waiting to pull out your calculator....it's not really funny.
But when you walk up to someone and grab their cell phone....that's more like theft. It's not a prank, and you should get your ass beat. Grabbing dude's pants....while I'm sure it's meant to be some sort of social commentary on urban culture, is pretty much what pick pockets do.
I just like watching em get their asses beat.

doggyfashion (03/22/2015) [-] if some random asshat comes over and takes your phone and says "lemme check the time", you aren't gonna just stare at him. also, in those areas, people will literally just take your **** and run, they don't hold up a gun and ask, they won't stop when your friend says "i'm callin the police", so you better react fast with a left hook or a knife. also, these guys aren't good people, no amount of kind words will make them not aggressive, so put a group of them together and walk into the room inviting them to beat you bloody. they'll do it in a heartbeat and then take your money and phone. tl;dr, don't **** with hoodlum scumbags, you'll get rekt

Taking a cell phone / grabbing someone's pants are deserving of a punch.
The ones that just walk up and talk...I agree with you. It's a shame that so many racist stereotypes are reinforced by the same people who are discriminated against because of it. Certainly, there are plenty of white guys who would punch someone for complimenting their girlfriend - but these videos always seem to be black people.
