I have a fondness for babies. My dad is quite similar. He's a tough old biker dude, but you hand him a baby, and he goes into Grandpa mode. I'm pretty sure this is one of the main things we evolved to do in order to continue the species, adore babies. Sure ... there are some people who just don't like babies, but I'm pretty sure most of us can't help but be happy to see a happy baby.

Plus, the reason why we like baby animals is because we evolved to like the traits in baby humans; many traits in baby humans are found in other types of babies. Large eyes, clumsiness, helplessness, high pitched voices, snuggliness, curiosity, etc. Keep in mind. I am not an expert on this. This could all be ******** .
