well.
it's simple.
You fight or you die.
dunno', seems like it doesn't come up all that much.The females probably choose the ones that fight a lot, so it kind of doesn't factor in that much, except killing of non-aggressives

Cull the weak. Only the strong breed. The more I think about it, the more it sounds like a pretty damn good way to improve the species.
