Generally, the best thing I've found is to preempt and admit to anything you think he has on you when you go to complain about what he did. It's a lot better to be honest for two reasons: 1) It puts anything you say in a more trustworthy light, and 2) it's a lot easier for you if you can tell what you did and explain your side of things, rather than having your enemy rat everything out to the authorities and then having to try to explain why you did it after the fact. And I wouldn't worry too much about his threats: these guys are generally more bark than bite because it has the potential to get them in a lot more trouble. If he keeps threatening you, I'd get a recording app on any smart device you may have and stealthily record your next conversation. Gives you a lot more ammo if you have some physical evidence of what's going on.

Thing is about being honest, I do think thats the right thing, but my dad work usually from 7-8. If I get detention I'm getting my ass beat. And I cant walk home, my house is about 5 miles away from the school. My mom has to take care of my siblings. But there were quite a few witnesses when he threatened me. And I dont think the VP would think I'm lying, but if he did say I stole it and they believe it, I am ****** . My school flat out expells thieves. But then again, the guy isn't someone you'd exactly see studying in a good college. This guy is the type of guy who wears Marlyn Monroe shirts half of the week, and thinks he's gonna join the Krypts.

I highly doubt they'd expel you unless he had absolutely undeniable proof that you stole it. Generally people don't get to management positions in schools unless they have at least some ability to see through people's lies, so I would bet that they'll take anything your enemy says with a strong dose of suspicion.

But there are a lot of people who will side with this guy. There are very few people who would side with me, and then this guy has about 15 other guys who will side with this guy. Generally everyone hates me, and I ain't complaining, I like have my space. If someone had a whole group of people backing them up, I'd believe them.

I love revenge. There is no better feeling in the world then getting it. If I beat him up, I would be it trouble for sure.
