Try an include pictures in most of your comments, they attract more attention, which is what everyone on here wants. If you decided to make a themed account to comment a specific thing with on anything ever posted ever, kill yourself now. Because we dont need any more of those. The success of postingloudly is not a standard thing.

Post whatever you want on the autism board, post board name only topics on any other board. Except for the guns board, you can post airsoft and nerf guns there because it pisses off roliga. The technology board is only good for computers, and the advice board is only good for relationship problems. There are no boards here that can help you with say, a HAM radio or how to care for a puppy.
Content
Post funny pictures or WebM videos, those have gotten alot more popular recently. Original Content is appreciated as long as you dont **** up like gearboy, who traced all his stuff, denied it for a year, then admitted it and was praised for it. The current fad is large compilations of funny WebM videos, which are "dank as **** ".
Another option would be to post webcomics from anything other than Cyanide and Happiness, or The Oatmeal, because both of them threw hissy fits when their content ended up on here. If you are posting something like say, a picture of a cat, upload many pictures of cats. Same goes for anything, nobody cares about your wallpaper, but everyone will love if you post 200 wallpapers.

Music is a big no-no unless its "Love the Way You Move" with the original music video.
Nobody wants to watch youtube videos as content, you can just go to youtube.com .
Any kind of history compilation is front page material, same goes for almost any compilation as long as its not about anime.
